The average rectified output current of MUR540, MUR560, and MUR580 is 5A, and the reverse repetitive peak voltage is 400v, 600v, 800v. The average rectified output current of MUR1040, MUR1060, and MUR1080 is 10A, and the reverse repetitive peak voltage is 400v, 600v, and 800v. The six ultra-fast recovery diodes are all packaged in TO-252, suitable for various rectification applications.

The package TO-252-5 has 5 pins. The popular chip package is the dual in-line package, referred to as DIP (Dual ln-line Package). DIP package was suitable for PCB (printed circuit board) through-hole mounting at the time. It has some characteristics such as easier PCB wiring and more convenient operation than TO type package. There are also many package structures, including multilayer ceramic dual in-line type DIP, single-layer ceramic double in-line DIP, lead frame DIP and so on.

In terms of electrical characteristics, regarding the absolute maximum ratings, the reverse repetitive peak voltages of the six diodes are all 400v, 600v, 800v, and the reverse voltages are all 400v, 600v, 800v. The average rectified output current is 5A/10A, and the operating junction temperature All are 150℃, and the storage temperature is -55℃~+150℃. The forward non-repetitive peak current (surge current) is different.
